We can engrave the items you purchase in a variety of fonts
and styles. Please allow an additional week for delivery.
Protection Plan
Although your wooden pen and wine bottle stopper, under normal use (eg, avoiding falls), will last many, many years, we offer this Protection Plan for
those occasions when accidental or unanticipated damage occurs. The Protection Plan will provide discounted maintenance service over a 2 year period
for any problems we can repair, such as:
Available for $20 at the time of your order or within 30 days of receipt and receive a 50% discount on all maintenance services and parts needed for the
following 2 years.
Wood Refinishing
Sticky tables, sweaty hands, and slides across the desk are a few of the inevitable occurrences that can remove polishes and dull the wood. Send us your
wooden pen, letter opener, bottle stopper or corkscrew to have it refinished and shining like polished marble in a matter of days.
Repairs
Replacement of broken or worn metal trim or mechanical failure of writing instruments. Please contact us for a quote.
Repair of minor scratches in wood. "Minor" is a subjective term, and as such we recommend that you contact us to make sure the damage is fixable and falls
into this category.
Repair of deep nicks or gouges in wood. Sometimes, large gouges are fixable. We will attempt repairs to blend with the natural wood,
or conversely, materials such as copper, aluminum, brass or crushed stone may be used to change the defect into a beautiful vein
within the wood. Please contact us to make sure the damage is fixable.
