Returns
We will accept returns for any reason within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original
packaging, including all invoices, written material, pen cases, and ink refills. Inks and leads must be at least 90% full to receive refunds.
Fountain pen ink cartridges must not be punctured. Returned items must arrive in our possession no more than 15 calendar days from the
day you received it. Please allow sufficient time for mailing.
Refund policy on fine art prints: Images can be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt minus a 20% fee for shipping and packaging costs.

If you are sending your purchase as a gift, an invoice listing the charges will be sent to the billing address only. The actual package will contain
an invoice listing the products but not the charges. Please include a note under the Optional Instructions when you checkout, or send us an
